Reflection
Jesus is the rising sun that breaks into every dark place. No corner of darkness is beyond His reach: not grief, not addiction, not depression, not shame. His tender mercy sends light into the shadows and guides us toward peace. That's the hope of Christmas.
Prayer
Rising Sun, shine into the dark places of my life today. Where shadows linger and death feels close, break through with Your tender mercy. Guide my feet away from fear and onto the path of peace.
