Reflection
Our salvation has nothing to do with our track record and everything to do with God's mercy. He didn't wait until we got our act together; He saved us in the middle of our mess. That's mercy in its purest form, and it's available to everyone who will receive it.
Prayer
Merciful God, thank You for not waiting until I was perfect to save me. Your mercy met me where I was, and Your Spirit continues to renew me daily. I stand in awe of a salvation I didn't earn.
