Micah 6:8 (WEB)
“He has shown you, O man, what is good. What does Yahweh require of you, but to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?”
Reflection
God's requirements aren't complicated, but they are demanding. Act justly: stand up for what's right. Love mercy: be quick to extend grace. Walk humbly: stay close to God and remember who you are in relation to Him. These three things, lived out daily, are a powerful witness to the world.
Prayer
Lord, as this month on love and service closes, write these three things on my heart: justice, mercy, and humility. Don't let me settle for two out of three. I want to walk with You in all of them, every single day.
