Reflection
Forgiveness is not a feeling; it's a decision rooted in the reality that God forgave us first. Kindness and compassion flow naturally when we remember how much grace we've received. Living unhidden means extending to others the same mercy that was extended to us, even when they don't deserve it.
Prayer
Lord Jesus, You forgave me when I didn't deserve it. Help me do the same for others. Soften the hard places in my heart where bitterness has taken root, and replace them with genuine compassion.
