Reflection
Sometimes loving well simply means doing no harm. It means watching our words, checking our assumptions, and refusing to gossip or tear others down. When love is our guiding principle, we fulfill everything God requires, and our neighborhoods, workplaces, and families become safer places.
Prayer
Holy Spirit, guard my tongue and my actions today. If something I'm about to say or do would harm someone, stop me in my tracks. Let love be the filter through which everything passes.
