Love & Serving Others
Philippians 2:3-4 (WEB)
“doing nothing through rivalry or through conceit, but in humility, each counting others better than himself; each of you not just looking to his own things, but each of you also to the things of others.”
Reflection
Selfish ambition is sneaky; it can disguise itself as drive, hustle, or even ministry. But Paul cuts right to it: value others above yourself. That's countercultural, uncomfortable, and exactly what Jesus modeled. Living unhidden means our ambition serves people, not just our own platform.
Prayer
God, search my motives today. Where selfishness is hiding behind good intentions, expose it. Teach me to genuinely celebrate others' wins and to look for ways to lift people up instead of climbing over them.
