Coming Home
Luke 15:20 (WEB)
“He arose, and came to his father. But while he was still far off, his father saw him, and was moved with compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him.”
Reflection
The father didn't wait at the door with crossed arms, he ran. No matter how far you've wandered, God is already moving toward you with open arms. Coming home to Him isn't about cleaning yourself up first; it's about taking that first step in His direction.
Prayer
God, thank You for never giving up on me. Even when I wander, You are already running toward me with compassion and love. Help me take that step back to You today.
