Reflection
Worrying about tomorrow steals the energy you need for today. Jesus isn't telling you not to plan. He's telling you not to be consumed by anxiety over what hasn't happened yet. Today has its own assignments, its own battles, and its own blessings. Be present in this one.
Prayer
Jesus, free me from the grip of tomorrow's worries. Help me be fully present today, tackling what's in front of me with faith instead of fear.
