Urgency & Today Matters
1 Peter 1:24-25 (WEB)
“For, "All flesh is like grass, and all of man's glory like the flower in the grass. The grass withers, and its flower falls; but the Lord's word endures forever." The word of the gospel was preached to you.”
Reflection
Everything you see around you is temporary: your status, your possessions, even your physical body. But the Word of God endures forever. Building your life on anything else is like planting your roots in grass that's already withering. Invest in what lasts.
Prayer
Father, help me distinguish between what is temporary and what is eternal. I want to build my life on Your Word, which will still be standing when everything else has faded.
