Reflection
Faithfulness with little things is the pathway to greater responsibility. God isn't looking for people who can handle the big stage; He's looking for people who are trustworthy in the small, unseen moments. Be faithful where you are today, and trust God with where you're going.
Prayer
Jesus, I want to hear those words someday: "Well done, good and faithful servant." Help me be faithful in the small things today, the tasks no one notices, the commitments no one tracks. I trust You with the bigger picture.
