Reflection
Laying down your life doesn't always mean a dramatic moment. It can look like giving up your time, your preferences, your comfort, choosing someone else's needs over your own. Jesus set the ultimate example, and He calls us to follow it daily in ways both big and small.
Prayer
Jesus, You gave everything for me. Help me lay down the small things today: my schedule, my pride, my convenience. Do it for the people You've placed in my life. Make me generous with my time and my heart.
