Light in the Darkness
Matthew 5:14-16 (WEB)
“You are the light of the world. A city located on a hill can't be hidden. Neither do you light a lamp and put it under a measuring basket, but on a stand; and it shines to all who are in the house. Even so, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father who is in heaven.”
Reflection
This is the heartbeat of Unhidden Faith, you were not made to hide. God placed His light in you and put you on a hill for a reason. Every act of kindness, courage, and love is a beam of light that points people to the Father.
Prayer
God, I was not made to hide. Give me the courage to put my faith on full display, not for my own glory, but so that people see You in me. Let my light shine bright and unhidden today.
