Coming Home

1 John 1:9 (WEB)

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Reflection

Faithful and trustworthy, that means forgiveness isn't random or moody. God's forgiveness is rooted in His character, not your performance. When you confess, He doesn't weigh whether you deserve it. He acts out of who He is: faithful, just, and endlessly gracious.

Prayer

Father, I confess where I've fallen short, and I trust Your faithfulness to forgive. Purify me from the inside out. I rest in the certainty that Your forgiveness is as reliable as Your character.
