Strength in Weakness

Psalm 30:5 (WEB)

For his anger is but for a moment. His favor is for a lifetime. Weeping may stay for the night, but joy comes in the morning.

Reflection

The night season is real. The tears, the heaviness, the feeling that dawn will never come. It's all valid. But this verse is a promise with a timestamp: morning is coming. Your pain has an expiration date, and joy is already on its way to meet you.

Prayer

God, I believe that morning is coming even when the night feels endless. Hold me through the weeping and fill me with anticipation for the rejoicing You've promised.
