Purpose and joy go together. When God makes your path known, He doesn't just give you direction; He fills you with joy along the way. His presence isn't a dry, dutiful thing; it's the source of eternal pleasures. Following God's plan is meant to be life-giving, not life-draining.
Prayer
Jesus, fill me with joy as I walk the path You've made known to me. I don't want to just follow Your plan out of obligation. I want to be overwhelmed by the pleasure of being in Your presence.
