Reflection
Notice the progression: soaring, running, walking. God meets you at every pace of life. Sometimes you're flying high, sometimes you're just putting one foot in front of the other. Either way, He renews your strength. The secret isn't trying harder; it's hoping in Him.
Prayer
Lord, renew my strength today. Whether I'm soaring or barely walking, I put my hope in You and trust You to carry me through.
