He's not a sometimes-help or a maybe-help. He's an ever-present help. In every trouble, at every hour, in every place, God is right there. You don't have to summon Him; He's already present. Run to Him, not away from Him, when trouble hits.
Prayer
God, You are my refuge and my strength. When trouble comes today, and it might, I'm running straight to You, not away from You.
